The week in Brea
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Brea, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Brea file →The largest reduction on the desk was 846 De Jur — down $75,000, from $1,125,000 to $1,050,000, listed by Century 21 Affiliated.
23 listings changed status: 10 pending, 7 sold, 4 active under contract, 1 back on market. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
4 homes came to market, asking from $749,999 to $999,510.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
