1. Purpose of this policy
Insider Realty respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. This policy explains how we handle notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Designated agent
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated agent at hello@insider.realty. Registered DMCA agent details (the formal agent name, address, and phone number filed with the U.S. Copyright Office) are to be confirmed and will be added here once finalized. Until they are, we are not listed in the Copyright Office’s directory of designated agents.
3. Notice of claimed infringement
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. 512, a notice of claimed infringement must include the following.
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail, such as a URL, for us to locate it on this site.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
4. Counter notice
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to our designated agent. A valid counter notice under 17 U.S.C. 512 includes your signature, identification of the material removed and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.
5. Repeat infringer policy
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
