The week in Brea
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Brea, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Brea file →The largest reduction on the desk was 227 Oak Place (Brea Canyon Villas (BRCV)) — down $26,000, from $925,000 to $899,000, listed by HOMEQUEST REAL ESTATE.
16 listings changed status: 5 active under contract, 5 sold, 4 pending, 2 back on market. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
12 homes came to market, asking from $370,000 to $2,680,000.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
