Old Torrance
The original 3.82-square-mile city site at incorporation in 1921, laid out by the Olmsted Brothers and architect Irving Gill and still home to the city's historic Craftsman housing stock.

Walteria
A neighborhood south of Pacific Coast Highway whose original homes, mostly built between 1940 and 1969, have seen a wave of renovation in recent years.

Published cost and financing inputs
Use the facts the local samples establish. A monthly payment or ownership total requires the property, loan, tax bill, insurance quote and your own reserves.

The Ghost Listing Report
Portals can’t show a home’s failed past listings. Every prior listing attempt, price cut, withdrawal, expiration and relist — run it free on any Torrance address.

The same eye, as an actual inspection
Reading a listing from the desk is not an inspection. When you are under contract, the house still has to be walked — roof to slab, by an inspector.
