The week in Santa Paula
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Santa Paula, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Santa Paula file →The largest reduction on the desk was 280 Cummings Road — down $250,000, from $2,549,000 to $2,299,000, listed by Rodeo Realty.
10 listings changed status: 5 sold, 4 active under contract, 1 pending. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
5 homes came to market, asking from $235,000 to $1,500,000.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
