The week in Culver City
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Culver City, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Culver City file →The largest reduction on the desk was 3552 Schaefer Street — down $25,000, from $1,950,000 to $1,925,000, listed by Compass.
17 listings changed status: 8 sold, 5 active under contract, 3 pending, 1 coming soon. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
18 homes came to market, asking from $448,000 to $3,490,000.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
