The week in Colton
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Colton, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Colton file →The largest reduction on the desk was 974 Sperry Dr. — down $34,000, from $399,000 to $365,000, listed by Realty Masters & Associates, Inc.
13 listings changed status: 5 pending, 4 active under contract, 3 sold, 1 coming soon. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
10 homes came to market, asking from $485,000 to $1,269,500.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
