The week in Cerritos
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Cerritos, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Cerritos file →The largest reduction on the desk was 11502 Bingham — down $30,000, from $1,629,900 to $1,599,900, listed by Blue Lotus Realty.
17 listings changed status: 10 sold, 3 active under contract, 2 pending, 1 coming soon. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
5 homes came to market, asking from $480,000 to $1,549,000.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
