The week in Alhambra
What moved, what dropped and what changed hands in Alhambra, read the way an inspector reads a house.
The Alhambra file →The largest reduction on the desk was 2721 S Fremont — down $150,000, from $1,198,000 to $1,048,000, listed by Art Del Rey Realty, Inc..
11 listings changed status: 5 pending, 4 active under contract, 2 sold. The brokerage on every row below is the listing brokerage on the record, not ours.
10 homes came to market, asking from $285,000 to $3,800,000.
That is the week, address by address. What any one of these rows means for a house on the same street is the question the file answers next.
